Richwear does not offer any ‘Return’. However, products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days only if:
Claims can only be entertained if made within 7 days of the original order date. Please email pictures of the defective item to help@richwear.com or call +92 321 1224333 within 7 days after delivery.
Once we receive the item, our team will review the case. If the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of equal value against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it to the buyer’s address.

Richwear may cancel orders for reasons such as stock unavailability, damage during quality check, technical errors, or declined payments.
